Rawdah Visit via Nusuk App

To download the Nusuk app and book your Rawdah visit, download the Nusuk app from your device's app store, create an account using your passport and Umrah visa details, then select the "Rawdah" (or "Prayer in the Noble Rawdah") option in the "Permits" section.

Choose your preferred date and time for entry, confirm your booking to receive a QR code permit, and then arrive at the designated gate at your scheduled time with your digital permit.

Step-by-Step Guide

Download the Nusuk App: Find the official Nusuk app in the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iOS) and install it on your device.
Register/Log In: Open the app and register with your passport number, e-visa details, and other required information to create an account.
Select Rawdah Permit: Navigate to the "Permits" section of the app and choose the "Rawdah Al Shareefah" or "Prayer in the Noble Rawdah" option.
Choose Gender and Time: Select the appropriate section (Men or Women) and then choose your preferred date and time slot from the available options. Slots fill up quickly, so book in advance. (Women and men have separate times and cannot go together, plan your visit accordingly).
Confirm Booking: Complete your booking to receive a permit with a QR code, which will be saved in the "Active Permits" section of the app.
Entry: On the day of your visit, arrive at the designated gate (e.g., Gate 37) at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled time.
Present Permit: Have your digital permit ready to be scanned by security to gain entry to the Rawdah. (You must have internet and have your Digital Nusuk Permit displayed through the App, as screenshots
are not permitted).
